The Ultimate Meeting Notebook and Calendar/Planner for 2023/2024. The Ultimate Meeting Notebook ™ and Calendar / Planner is a publication by Sophia Institute. The calendar / planner pages are large format month by month with lots of space for entering important dates and appointments. The calendar section includes monthly calendars for July 2023 through December 2024. Holidays and the dates of festivals are also included. The notebook pages feature generous sections for taking notes and recording other essential data during meetings including: name of meeting, attendance list, absentee list, date, to-do-list/action items section and date of next meeting.
