In Biography we work with our own life stories through imaginative artistic and memory exercises. We chart our lives, and share in an environment of self-reflection and compassionate listening. As we learn about the cycles of life and through this graceful opening to our past, we find more connection to our life challenges to move more consciously toward the future. Many community members, faculty, staff and parents at CLWS and MWS have benefited from participating in this transformative human development course. This class provides a chance to reflect on your personal biography and further develop your understanding of yourself and your child(ren) and awaken new capacities as a parent. Class can be taken for credit for teacher training, or for self enrichment. "My experience in Linda Bergh's Novalis Biography class was transformational. My mind, heart, body and spirit were all richly engaged in a balanced and holistic way through Linda's wise and gentle guidance. I gained many insights by consciously journeying into my past, and from there was able to freely and playfully create a vision for my life." -participant quote from Summer 2009.
