Tuition Assistance
Many people from around the world contact the Sophia Institute to enroll in our courses but are unable to pay full tuition. Partial and full scholarship funding/tuition assistance is needed to help those that would benefit from studying the Sophia Institute courses but are unable to pay full or in some cases even partial tuition.
In case you have a presence on Facebook, Linkedin or other social media, please promote the Sophia Institute Scholarship Fund by letting your relatives, friends and colleagues know about Sophia Institute's support options and ways of helping you and others to receive tuition assistance. Share this link. Another possibility is to solicit funding for your courses via a crowdfunding platform like indiegogo, kickstarter or similar. Please refer to their websites for instructions. Sophia Institute is a relatively small, independent institute and is not part of the Federal Student Aid Programs (FAFSA) in the United States. However, private student loans to pay for tuition can be obtained via many lenders including PayPal Credit. At this time Sophia Institute does not have full scholarships available but tuition assistance can be obtained. The amount of tuition assistance depends on the amount of funding available and the number of students requesting tuition assistance per quarter. |
In order to apply for Sophia Institute tuition assistance you need to fill out and submit the enrollment forms relevant to the courses or program you are planning to enroll in, and submit an informal request and reasons for the request to receive tuition assistance as well as supporting documents. The request for tuition assistance should be addressed to the Sophia Institute tuition assistance committee and may be sent in via mail, email or via our contact form.
