Registration Fees. $39 (USD) - one time fee for new students Tuition. The online Foundation Studies Program tuition rate is $2370 (USD) per semester (6 months). $65 (USD) per additional month. Monthly payments of $395 (USD). Discounted/prepaid rate is $1630 (USD) per semester. To qualify for the prepaid/discounted tuition rate, the tuition must be prepaid for each semester prior to the start of each semester. Extensions and additional months are available. The tuition rate is $65 (USD) per additional month, or $55 (USD) per month if using the discounted/prepaid option for 3 additional months, and $45 (USD) per month if using the discounted/prepaid option for 6 additional months.
