Enrollment Forms / Tuition Assistance Forms
In order to enroll and apply for tuition assistance via the Sophia Institute scholarship fund the application forms found below need to be submitted. The requested documentation (see form) needs to be submitted in addition to the enrollment forms and within one week after submitting the enrollment forms. In addition the registration/application fee needs to be submitted. Once your enrollment and tuition assistance application has been reviewed and approved, tuition information and the decision of our tuition assistance committee for recommended/approved tuition assistance will be sent to you for your approval before the enrollment can be completed.
Tuition can be paid online with a debit or credit card, via apple pay, via wire transfer, or via a check/money order mailed to Sophia Institute, Admissions, Post Office Box 681, East Olympia WA 98540, United States.
The registration/application fee applies to all new students.
